First 2 days will be training.  This assignment will consist of  outbound calls to new members in order to complete  a health assessment and explain what insurance programs are available, script and assessments are provided on the computer. Depending on results, member will be referred to a case managers as needed. 12000-13000 new members will need to be called in the 4 month period.
