Avery Partners is currently seeking a Pharmacist with Soarian Clinicals and Pharmacy build/test experience.

 Required Skills

• Individual needs to be a Pharmacist and/or Nurse (prefer the first).
• Siemens Soarian Clinicals and Pharmacy systems knowledge with build/test experience.
• Medication build knowledge within Soarian Clinicals.
• Strong understanding of medication order entry as well as standard formularies.
• Experience maintaining/supporting/interfacing with medication dispensing equipment such as Pyxis, Accudose or Omnicell (see below).

 Desired Skills, experience with any of the following regarding Omnicell:

• Hardware and/or Software support of Omnicell dispensing cabinets, anesthesia workstations and Narcotic Cabinets (secure vaults).
• Omnicell interfaces, including build experience of all new and updates.
• Build and maintenance of Omnicell reports.
• OmniLinkRX

 Additional desired Pharmacy application experience:

• Wasp Labeler
• ScriptPro
• Sentry

Siemens Pharmacy Responsibilities

1. POE
   1. Project management for team, including management of order set build, uploads, and point person for Siemens.
   2. POE builder: medications for order sets, pre-defined meds, pick lists, upload spreadsheets, etc.
   3. POE testing of medications
   4. Soarian Builder/POE: responsible for building and maintaining the pharmacy related dictionaries within Soarian.
   5. Siemens Pharmacy Application
      1. Build and maintenance of user accounts
      2. Assist with P&T related changes in system (therapeutic interchanges, etc.)
      3. Day to day contact and support for each pharmacy site. 

 Candidates must be able to travel to the eastern Tennessee area and work on-site at least Monday-Thursday.
