Avery Partners is currently seeking Project Management Consultants with implementation experience for Meditech 6.0.   We have multiple engagements requiring extensive experience with Meditech ranging from full cycle project management to specific functional areas project management.  The engagements are for a clients located on the West Coast.   

The terms for the engagements are from 6 months to one year with the possibility of an extension.  The consultants must  have a thorough knowledge of the healthcare environment in a hospital or clinic.   
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation  of  Meditech CPOE software for the client facilities.  Preparing project plans, managing timelines, assigning tasks, managing budgets and reporting of project status are the primary responsibilities of the Meditech Project Manager.    

The Meditech Project Manager will work with physicians, clinical staff and project teams to insure the clinical processes and features of the Meditech PCM (CPOE) are accurately defined and implemented throughout all facilities.  The Project Manager will work closely with the Application Analysts, Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to ensure that the tasks are completed on time and within budget and that the expectations of the healthcare provider are met.  A thorough knowledge of the PCM build process is required.
